Preparing for Our Weekly Meeting

Every week since August, our team has been meeting to continue to make improvements to the system that should keep all veterans off the streets.  We have all grown accustomed to structure of the meeting:

  1. As a unified team, discuss the housing plan for identified individuals, while reviewing the list of units available
  2. Review the progress on PHA’s “See and Move In Tours”, research on Navigators, and plans for Philadelphia’s Furniture Bank
  3. Discuss how to share this collaboration

As I prepare for another meeting, I am stepping back at looking at everything we have done since August.  Because we meet so often, the amount of progress can be misleading.  But we are moving mountains!  Great work team!
